THE AUTHOR
JC Anderson received his BA in English and East Asian Studies from New York University, where he won the Thomas Wolfe Award for creative writing, with further graduate studies in English at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Anderson spent the majority of his career in the hi-tech industry, authoring three classic technical books for Digital Equipment Corporation that are archived at the Computer History Museum in Silicon Valley, California as well as in numerous university libraries. He later earned an MS in Finance from Brandeis University, where he was recognized by the dean for academic excellence.
In addition to his career in hi-tech, Anderson taught as an adjunct professor of business at various institutions for over 20 years, receiving a congressional citation for his work with student veterans. A person of many interests, Anderson is also a passionate amateur scholar of the American Civil War; is active as a sculptor and artist; and is an avid car collector with a prized 1954 Jaguar roadster. He currently resides in historic Franklin, Tennessee with his wife Ivy and his beloved blue merle champion collie, Sadie, featured in the novel.
